Description

A technique that allows you to place a secret mark on the opponent, that will transfer all the Chakra they try to generate by holding Charge (default macro: Z).

Additional Info

You have to stand next to the opponent to place the mark.
Besides a sentence in chat, there's no other indication that the mark has been placed on the enemy.
When marked enemy holds Charge (default macro: Z), all the Chakra they'd generate is transfered to you instead.
The mark lasts for 30 seconds.
