Description Shoots out chains made of a Celestial energy, that bind the enemies caught in them. Additional Info

• Celestial Aura needs to be active.
• If there's no Celestial Chakra available, regular Chakra will be used as a resource for this technique.
• Chains are dense.
• Direct hit will bind the enemy for a few moments.
• Using Strafe (default macro: R) when using this Jutsu, will release the Chains in 4 cardinal directions.
