- Can only be learned by Basic
- Any 5 of the following:
- 1400 Ninjutsu Knowledge
- 4000 Chakra
- B-Rank or Above Class Level
- Capacity as highest stat
- 1000 Knowledge in any of the 5 elements that you have learned (they each count separately e.g knowing two elements and having 1000 knowledge in each gives you 2/5 of your requirements)
- Speak to Grand Library Scholar
